Is There A Money Back Guarantee?

To protect ourselves from fraud, this is only valid on first time purchases within 60 days of purchase and does not pertain to third-party items (non-Simplegenix brands) or bundles & stacks.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Once it has shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 3 to 5 business days to any US address.
International orders via DHL Express generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days depending on the country they are shipped to.
My Order Says It Was Delivered But I've Not Received Anything.
USPS sometimes mark something as delivered before it was actually dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days. If you've not received it by then please call us or email us.
Why Can't You Ship To My Country?
Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government. Others have strict import laws when it comes to supplements.
Current countries that are unable to receive orders due to strict supplement laws include: Germany, Austria, Norway, Finland, Russia and Sweden.
Why Is International Shipping So Expensive?
Unfortunately, shipping internationally can be expensive. We only use DHL Express to ensure speedy delivery with end-to-end tracking and the fewest importing hassles possible.
Due to our shipping volumes we get a very large discount that we pass along to you.
Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes or Duties?
It depends. Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.
Will Your Products Clear Customs?
Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure. Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.
Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.
